Small selection but good basic Chinese food for a quick pitstop in the area. Great value and large portions and yummy too. This place is owned by a couple, and they’re really nice and friendly people. They have an outside seating area for people to eat. Make sure to say hi to their 4-legged senior citizen who’s a rescue :) Highly recommend a visit.

Me and my family were craving Chinese food and we stop by this place today to check it out. I ordered the Hot & Sour soup and sesame chicken. My kids got the beef lo main and my husband got the kung Pao chicken with no peanuts and extra spicy and we also ordered 3 hand made egg rolls shrimp and chicken. We do not regret getting Food from here it was seriously the best Chinese food I ever had in my life. There’s also 4 picnic tables to eat outside.

The Sesame Chicken was amazing! Gotta make Charlie Chen's a stop if you're passing by. Great outdoor seating too. Our little munchkin loved the broccoli and getting to meet the owner who came by to say hi!

The food was very good. The soup was delicious and the Mongolian beef was excellent. Got the won ton and hot and sour soup. The duck sauce is home made. Lots of chips to go with. Can't beat the price. Friendly owner. Take out only, there are benches you can eat outside weather permitted.

Charlie Chen's food is consistently great in my book. I've ate here four or five times when I'm coming through Dubois and I'm never disappointed. He has one of the best egg rolls you will find anywhere in PA. I like them so much I grab a frozen 10 pack to take home with me. If you really want to push your limits...ask Charlie for his homemade hot mustard sauce....dunk that Egg Roll in it and watch your eyes blow out of your head! It's not for the weak I assure you. Charlie you get five stars All Day Every Day

Charlie Chen's is a go to place for Chinese food. The crab wantons, orange chicken, and Beef with green pepper are our favorites. The service is friendly and personal. We have only had the best experience ever time we go. I highly encourage you to stop in at Charlie Chen's Chinese Kitchen.

The Curry Chicken (a special that day, not a regular menu item) was fantastic! There is only outdoor seating and it happened to be a good night for eating outside.
